Issue 32: The Scottish Southern League 1944-45

The third article previewed from Issue 32 covers the Scottish Southern League for 1944-45. This is the 11th in a series of 14 articles on Scottish football in World War Two. Details of appearance totals and goalscorers are included for each of the 16 clubs, and as with the previous articles in this series, we believe this is the first time that this data has been published. We also include match details of the main representative games for the season, including short tours by the British Army, the RAF and Scottish Command teams to the north east of Scotland and the Orkney Isles.
